Behavioral history assessment (sent to the owner to fill out and return). Once received, we then recommend either an in-home consultation, or a telephone consultation
Liaison with your vet where needed
Detailed recommendations regarding further visits/training/support
Post Consultation Support, initially for two months, with the flexibility to add further support if necessary
